How's Bush Going To Put A Positive Spin On This?

Bush was told weeks before 9/11 that Al Qaeda was in the United States and preparing for a highjacking or similar attack [cf]. I wonder how he will weasel his way out of this one.

Perhaps he just felt that his vacation in Crawford, Texas, was more important than our nation's security.
